Exhibition 20th - 21st July

The conference includes an exhibition where enterprises from all parts of the EU will have a possibility to display their products or services with relevance for the theme of the conference, i.e. renewable energy, clean tech and regional development.

The exhibition takes place at the same venue as the conference.

Andreas Gyllenhammar holds a PhD in Environmental Analysis from Uppsala University . Andreas works regionally, nationally and internationally with education, assessment and strategic issues related to sustainability for Sweco AB. He is often contracted to lecture about climate change effects within a regional context.

Ms. Soo-Jin KIM works as an Economist/Policy Analyst in the OECD Regional Competitiveness and Governance Division. She is currently in charge of conducting a series of studies on national government policies for regional development, and she has co-ordinated the recent OECD Ministerial meeting on regional policy.

Fabio Leone Fabio Leone

Fabio Leone joined the Eco-Innovation Unit of the Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation of the European Commission (EACI) in January 2009 as project officer. He holds a doctorate in environmental economics. Before coming to the EACI Fabio worked as senior consultant for the Technopolis Group, coordinating the activities related to ERAWATCH Network (European web-based service that presents information on national and regional research policies, players, organisations and programmes).

Berit Gullbransson, Former Director of Environmental Affairs at SCA Tissue Europe, was appointed by the Swedish Government in 2006 as Director General at SWENTEC - Swedish Environmental Technology Council. Read more >>

Michel Lamblin is the Director of the INTERREG IVC Programme, running the Secretariat and its links with its Managing, Audit and Certifying Authorities and Member States. As Programme Director, he represents INTERREG IVC in discussions at regional, national and European levels.

Tomas Kåberger Tomas Kåberger

Tomas Kåberger holds a PhD in Physical Resource Theory from Chalmers University of Technology and is an adjunct professor at the International Institute of Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University. Besides research he is served in leading positions of energy companies as well as on boards of environmental organisations, industrial federations in the energy area and government committees. He is now Director General of the Swedish Energy Agency.
