Transportation
Östersund is situated in the geographical centre of Sweden and has excellent communications. The airport is only 9 km from the town centre and has direct flights with SAS, Nextjet and Flyjamtland to and from Stockholm. With first class rail services travellers can go to bed in south of Sweden and reach Östersund in time for breakfast. From Stockholm to Östersund by train the travelling time is approx 5 hours.

Transfers
Transfers between Åre/Östersund Airport and the town centre will be organised. In order to enable the planning of the transfers, you are kindly asked to communicate your travel details when you register.
Conference venue
Folkets Hus Östersund. The conference venue is situated approx 3 km from the town centre and there will be transfers between the hotels and the conference venue.
